Cardinal Obligations: For breaches of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten) - obligations whose fulfillment is necessary to enable the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the user regularly relies - liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

No Exclusion for Mandatory Claims: This limitation of liability does not affect claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) or other mandatory statutory provisions.
7.3 Maximum Liability
For all other cases of slight negligence, our total liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
